Booking & Order Terms

Our company strives to provide the best and most transparent service to our customers. Our order and advance booking policy is as follows:

Delivery Time:

After placing an order, approximately 7 to 10 working days are required to deliver the product.

Advance Booking Policy:

If a customer books an order by making an advance payment and then does not come to collect it, they have a time limit of 60 days. Within these 60 days, they can either collect their order or get their payment back. After 60 days have passed, the company will not be responsible in any way.

How to Complain:

If your order is not delivered to you within 10 days, you can register a complaint via our Email or WhatsApp.
