Jude Law in “Skeleton Crew”; and more stars from a distant galaxy
Scenario
Four children make a mysterious discovery on their home planet, which causes them to get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. The holographic circus entertaining Neel’s young siblings is the same one that Chewbacca’s family watched in the infamous The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978).

Based on previews, I thought this was going to be terrible. I have only watched the first episode and was amazed at how enjoyable it was.
Sort of like Star Wars Spielberg
I have high hopes for this one. It might be for kids, but I still like this type of storytelling as an older person.
There’s even a little social commentary
The first episode was fun and engaging and flowed well and didn’t take itself too seriously. So far it’s the second best series after Endor, but that might change when you watch more episodes.

I think this series is a good direction for the Disney/Star Wars combination. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
